Exchange and return conditions

All of our products have a 14-day exchange and return right from receipt of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Products to be returned must be in their original condition, i.e. saleable and unused. Please return the product in its original packaging. For international returns, we charge return costs of EUR 10.00 per shipment.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving the package. We process returns after they arrive at our warehouse within a maximum of 14 days, but we strive to process returns as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, remember to put your invoice in pause mode. You can find instructions here. Please wait for the return to be processed and refunded by us, in which case the Klarna invoice will be updated automatically. 

Payments for returns are handled via the used payment method. In account payments, Paytrail sends an email request for the account number, after which the money is returned to the account within a few business days. When paying with a credit card, the money is returned directly to that card.

The customer is responsible for the reduction in value of the introduced product, and we will deduct from the amount to be refunded an amount that corresponds to the reduction in value of the product compared to the original value of the product in question. If the product is unsaleable due to use, the customer is responsible for the entire value of the product.
