Mohair is a yarn derived from angora goats, known for its exceptional softness, lustre, and durability. Mohair is hypoallergenic and offers excellent thermal insulation. The yarn is strong and durable, so knitwear retains its beauty and shape for a long time. Nakoa's mohair products are made in Turkey from high-quality Italian yarn. New mohair knitwear may shed some fibres, as wool fibres generally do. However, regular gentle brushing will remove excess fibres from the material, and shedding will decrease.
