Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is delivered in two ways:

• Log in to your customer account and cancel the order there.
• Alternatively, you can cancel the order on the Order Status page, which you can easily return to via the link in the order confirmation. From this page, you can also see if the order has already been delivered.

Please note that an order can only be canceled before it has been dispatched for delivery. If your order is already being processed or delivered, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you in resolving the situation.
